This is more than a membership. It is a movement designed to support CHWs in building wealth, strengthening communities, and leading together Across the country, CHWs are carrying the weight of community care while often navigating low wages, instability, and limited opportunities for advancement. The CHW CO-OP Company exists to change that reality by creating a pathway where CHWs can grow as leaders.
